Privacy, in plain language
The account service stores identity, email-verification, policy acceptance, licence, authorized-device and submission metadata. It is deliberately separate from your local AI Computer data.
Stays local by default
Readable memory, conversations, prompts, files, artifacts, provider keys, connector credentials and local configuration are not uploaded to the account service.
Leaves only when you choose
Data may be processed externally when you enable a remote model, connector, MCP server, cloud sync, collaboration, feedback diagnostics or public submission. The relevant provider notice also applies.
Feedback and publishing
Feedback text is sent to BYO AI Computer. Diagnostics are optional and require a separate checkbox. Mini Apps and artifacts remain private until you explicitly submit them and they pass automated and human review.
Your controls
You can update account information, revoke devices, withdraw unpublished submissions and request access or deletion. Public releases and security audit records may retain minimal non-content evidence where legally required.
Before commercial launch
Controller identity, contact channels, retention periods, subprocessors, international-transfer terms and jurisdiction-specific rights must be finalized and legally reviewed before a paid launch.
